*How often do you play/what time of day: I have been playing since november 2017, and I have once again gotten active on the server. I play most days, if not everday on the server, and I usually play between 8 AM and 11 PM.
How many warnings do you have and what are they for: I don't believe I have a single warning.
Have you ever been banned: I have been banned once in january of 2018.
Are you VIP: Yes I am VIP.
Do you have a working microphone/headset: I do have a working microphone, as well as a working headset.
What do you think being a moderator means (Go in-depth): I believe being a moderator means to set a good example, be active and interactive with other people, obey and enforce the rules and just be the best version of yourself that you can be. I also think that the role of staff has a certain expectation that comes with it, which is that you should take being staff serious and treat others with respect while on and off duty. You of course also need to be competent at your job as staff.
To sum it up, basically just represent the community in a positive and mature way, while enforcing rules and setting an example.
Why do you want to become a moderator (Go in-depth): One of the key reasons is that I truly love this community, which I hope I show by still playing on it, 2 and a half years after joining it for the very first time. I have shown great dedication to this server through the years, which I believe shows my interest in doing the right things for this server, as well as for the people playing on it. I am also friends with Owain and Dingle and they would both agree, I think, that I know what I'm doing regarding staffing a policeRP server. I have experience as staff on this server, and also CrixRP, which I believe has been shut down by now.
Are you aware that as a staff member you will be demoted for using commands off duty and that you will have to give up RP time on the server so that you can take sits help other players: Yes I am fully aware.
If you are staff on another server, you are expected to leave those communities. Do you accept this?: I do accept that.
Please answer in as much detail as possible how you would deal with the following scenarios:
Player A joins the server. He switches to a gun dealer job and then runs into the back of spawn. He begins spawning in shipments and putting them inside his inventory. He then switches to thief and begins using the weapons. What do you do:
I would: First I would go on duty, if that wasn't already the case. Then I would bring him to a sit and explain to him that self-supply is not allowed on the server, which it states in section D1 rule 6 and section A rule 28. If he seemed like he understood what I was saying, I would have him drop the shipments and teleport him back to original location. I would then destroy the shipments. Assuming he took it well and did what I told him, I would only give him a verbal warning. If this was not the case, or if he was familiar with the rules, and not a new player, I would warn him.
After you have dealt with player A, player A begins to try and mug players in spawn. Player B, one of the people player A tries to mug, calls a sit and you claim it. What do you do:
I would: I would explain to him that mugging people in spawn is not allowed on the server, which it states in section A rule 31. Because of the events that unfolded moments before this sit, I would be forced to warn the player and possibly link him the rules, so he could refresh his memory. I would then return player A and player B.
Player A then goes on to run out of spawn and randomly shoot at cars down the road. Multiple players begin calling a sit on player A. What would you do:
I would: I would jail him so he couldn't do further damage. I would then ban him for a couple of hours, whatever I deemed fit in the moment, for ARDM and not listening to staff. Hopefully he can rejoin with a new attitude and a basic understanding of the rules.
During a raid you kill player B. After 2 minutes player B comes back to the location and shoots you leading to you dying. What would you do:
I would: I would request a sit by using the "@" command in chat. When a staff member that is on duty claims the sit, I would explain the situation to the staff member and he would address the situation accordingly.
5.Similarly to last situation, you are being raided and die. You go AFK for a few minutes and miss judge how long you be and return to the situation. A sit is called on you for NLR. What would you do:
I would: I would explain my side of the story and take whatever punishment I should be dealt from the staff member who claimed the sit in the first place.
You're about to start a bank raid. There are currently 3 sits waiting to be dealt with. What do you do:
I would: I would evaluate the situation, by seeing how many staff are on duty. If enough staff were on to deal with the sits, and I saw that they were being claimed, I would continue with my business. On the other hand, If the sits weren't being dealt with, no matter how many staff members may be on duty, I would go on duty and take care of them as best as I could.
7A. Player A is asking for a whitelist to OFC because Player B (his trainer) is having a problem with the whitelist system. At what rank can you take this ticket:
I would: I could claim this ticket if I had access to the menu that whitelists people, which I believe to be mod+.
7B. After player A is whitelisted he arrests player I and doesn't read them their rights. Player B then reports player A for Failrp. How do you respond:
I would: I would take player A and player B into a sit, and explain to the newly trained officer that he has to read them their rights or else they need to be let go. I would then question player B, because he clearly didn't train player A accordingly.
